THE RESULTS ARE IN

SäfSounds™ have been tested in a professional sound lab. The tests were performed utilizing ‘pink noise’ which encompasses all frequencies at three different volume levels (loud, medium, soft). The first test shows the decibel difference in the amount of pink noise (ambient) that was received into the ear using noise canceling buds versus SäfSounds™. The second test shows the amount of pink noise that escaped from the ear using noise canceling buds versus SäfSounds™.

VIEW THE SOUND LAB RESULTS:

LEVEL 1 (LOUD)

Results: At this consistent level of pink noise, allowed in 11dB more pink noise than standard noise-canceling earbuds.

LEVEL 2 (MEDIUM = 10DB LESS THAN LEVEL 1)

Results: At this consistent level of pink noise, SäfSounds™ allowed in 10dB more pink noise than standard noise-canceling earbuds.

LEVEL 3 (SOFT = 20DB LESS THAN LEVEL 1)

Results: At this consistent level of pink noise, SäfSounds™ allowed in 11dB more pink noise than standard noise-canceling earbuds.

VISUAL WAVEFORMS

Results: At this distance of 8ft. from the pink noise source, SäfSounds™ consistently let in approximately 11dB more pink noise than noise-canceling earbuds.

LEVEL 1 (LOUD)

Results: At this volume level a 1dB difference was found when
recording sound leak while a person was listening to pink noise
through respective earbuds.

LEVEL 2 (MEDIUM = 10DB LESS THAN LEVEL 1)

Results: At this volume level a 1dB difference was found when recording sound leak while a person was listening to pink noise through respective earbuds.

LEVEL 3 (SOFT = 20DB LESS THAN LEVEL 1)

Results: At this volume level a 1dB difference was found when recording sound leak while a person was listening to pink noise through respective earbuds.
